KYB Kit Spring Fork

The KYB Factory Kit fork is a double-sided closed cartridge fork with one spring on each side.
The fork is used by many World Cup teams in motocross and supercross.
The KYB Kit fork has a very precise and very well adjustable damping.
A very good response of the fork is achieved by black DLC coated dip tubes, all internal components are also coated and thus the internal friction is reduced to a minimum.
The outer tubes are Kashima coated and the fork feet are CNC machined for exact precision and torsional rigidity.
Another advantage of the fork is a special spring support which makes the fork more progressive at the end of the spring travel for a softer landing.

KYB AIR Kit fork

The KYB Factory AIR Kit fork uses a widely used PSF-I technology.
The fork uses a pressurized air to cushion the fork and this replaces the conventional fork springs.
A great advantage is that the pressure is easily adjustable from outside and thus the hardness of the fork can be adjusted very quickly to e.g. Sand or hard ground.
The necessary pump is included.
The no longer necessary steel spring reduces the friction by about 20% and the weight by 0.8 kg.
The dip tubes are black DLC coated, the outer tubes Kashima coated and the fork feet are CNC machined for exact precision and torsional rigidity.

The KYB Kit Factory suspensions are specially assembled and matched to order.
When ordering, we need the drivers weight, the drivers speed, the desired tuning (more soft, more hard, good response, high breakdown reserves)
The suspension will be assembled after the order and the delivery time is about 14 days.
A return for the custom-made is excluded. A change of the setting is no problem.
