We are the official WP Service Center (WP Authorized Center) selling all WP suspension parts and spare parts as well as service workshop. Furthermore we are official Showa service center and KYB service point.
Our head of the chassis workshop is Christian Meier, who led WP Germany for many years.
Our experience and expertise will be reflected in your suspension.
We offer you the service in all sections. From motocross and enduro suspension to street motorcycles, touring motorcycles and also the repair of BMW ESA shocks and struts.

What happens at the fork service:
When you send us a fork to for service, it is in professional hands. During the service, the fork, including the cartridge, is disassembled and all components are cleaned and checked for wear and tear. Furthermore, friction and sliding parts are mechanically polished on the lathe and small parts are cleaned with ultrasound if necessary. Depending on the wear we decide which components need to be replaced. We always change fork seals and dirt scrapers. Guide bushes if necessary.
Due to the large number of different forks on the market, we can not offer a flat rate for a service. So, an older open cartridge fork is relatively quick and easy to service compared to a current air fork or 4CS fork. For the service we charge the required time plus the used material and oil as well as a lump sum for the necessary cleaner.

 

Procedure of the fork service (same as the expiration of the shock absorber service):
For the suspension service no appointment must be made. Please print the fork service form and fill in all data. Please send this together with your fork to us. It does not help us if we receive the form in advance by email. We can not assign this anyway and it only causes unnecessary work. Please send us the form together with the suspension. So we create the workshop order when unpacking and this is the best and easiest way for us.
In the workshop, we disassemble the suspension. If questions arise or additional defects are found, we contact you to discuss this and to clarify the further process.
After the service, we will prepare the bill and package the suspension. Depending on the specified payment method, we will send the suspension back. Also advance payment does not mean that the payment must be made before the service. Since the invoice amount is not fixed until we are finished with the suspension service the payment due then.

Of course we can also offer you special tuning or adjustments. Your fork is too hard or too soft, it does not respond well or fails. In the street area you are always traveling with two persons or with suitcases and loaded. We can deal with almost all problems and wishes and change the suspension accordingly. For this we need a precise description of what the problem is. For this we will definitely discuss the possibilities in a personal phone call and clarify before we start a conversion.
